My name is Francene Korbel. I have been a resident of Las Vegas since 1971. I am a REAL ESTATE INVESTOR, NOT A REALTOR, and one of the founders of Flamingo Land Development, LLC since its origin in 1982. Our company is a privately held corporation whose sole activity is acquiring and managing single family rental homes in the Las Vegas Valley, including the City of Las Vegas, City of North Las Vegas, and City of Henderson, including the Green Valley area. I only manage properties owned by my company, and hopefully one of them will meet your needs. We look for tenants willing to rent for at least a 1-year period, and preferably longer. Our rentals are well maintained. We have many satisfied tenants who have rented from us for years. We do not sell while a tenant is occupying, but hold our properties as long-term investments. Therefore, you would have no concern about having to vacate because of property sale. All of our available homes are listed on this site and designated "FOR LEASE" on the banner. Homes designated "RENTED" are already rented, but are left on the website to demonstrate the type and variety of homes we have. Newly available homes are posted as we receive our 30-day notices to vacate, usually at the beginning of each month, but sometimes unexpectedly.
